The Villages Charter School faculty and staff are dedicated to preparing VCS students to be successful, realizing their dreams in life. We are interested in performance driven educators that possess and implement The Villages Charter School core values.

Applicants must have a Florida Professional Certificate with endorsement in the appropriate area to comply with the “Highly Qualified” requirement of “No Child Left Behind”. A “Statement of Eligibility” from the Florida Department of Education is also acceptable.
