Welcome to the Primary Library Media Center where our goal is to create a foundation for lifelong learning.

I would like to extend my deepest thanks to parents, students, community members, and my co-workers/friends for a great eight years at The Villages Charter School.  I look forward to starting a new, exciting chapter of life as I move to Savannah, GA this summer.  I will look back on my time here with fond memories as well as appreciation for the great opportunities to grow and learn in my profession.

Parent Involvement Opportunities

Donations:  Parent Involvement Books:  See list below.  More copies of the titles are needed for this increasingly popular activity.

Parent Involvement Information Hours:  The opportunity to earn PI hours by reading is now available through our media program.  Simply read one of the three titles listed below and then take an AR test at either the PC or IC building to earn two of the ten required information hours.  (You must receive a score of  at least 60% to earn your credit.)

1-2-3 Magic by Thomas Phelan

The Way They Learn by Cynthia Tobias

Parenting With Love and Logic by Foster Cline and Jim Fay

These books are available through local bookstores or can be checked out at either elementary media center.
