Our days are very busy so please make sure you are checking your child's homework and having them read
at least 10 minutes each night. The students have reading and math homework this week.
We are in Unit 3 Week 3 in Language Arts. The students are learning about sequencing, Past-and Future-Tense Verbs,
Letter Punctuation,Phonics Long O, Contractions with not, and Author's Purpose.
We are completing Chapter 5 in Math, which is 2-digit subtraction. Math test on Friday.
Students are now learning about Native Americans in Social Studies. Letters went home about their
diorama project which is due December 2nd. No late work accepted. This is to be done in a regular sized
shoe box and done by the student. Documents about this project are under my PDF files. If your child is absent
on due date, someone should drop off the project to the front office for credit.
Please let me know if I can do anything to help you and your child. You can always write a note
in their agenda or email me.
