Also, looking for a few parents to help make things for our Booth at Founder's Day, see your childs binder for the slips. Then at school, in the media center there is Box Tops that need to be counts. Then if you are interested in helping with AR testing, please email me ASAP :) Thanks!

Remember to order BOOKS! (click below) Orders due by the 28th of each month

Free reading poster for every student who orders when teacher submits class order by september 30.

Accelerated Reader:  We are beginning to check out books from the Media Center.  When your child brings home a book, please read the book at least 3 times.  Ask your child questions about what you read together.  If you feel as though your child is ready to take an AR quiz on the book, please write a note in your child's agenda planner with the complete title and author or the quiz number.  We will give your child the test in school and let you know how your student scored.  Remember, Kindergarten's goal is 15 points and 80% comprehension.  If you'd like to find out if books you have at home have a quiz for them, please log onto arbookfind.com and look the book up.  You can test on those books, too!  We will also be testing on books read in class.  :) :)   Happy Reading! AR book find http://www.arbookfind.com/ to look up books and quiz numbers.
