I am so proud of the hard work your child has been putting in daily here in 5th grade! They are completing homework, participating nicely in class, and studying outside of the classroom. Let's keep it up!
Founder's Day is Friday from 5-9 at the Range! I'm looking forward to seeing you there. A map will come home this week if you volunteered to help at our booth. We are still looking for a tent. If you have one for us to borrow, please contact Mrs. Priddy or myself. Thank you!
Weekly Learing Goals:
Math - We are continuing our study with decimals. Students are expected to know decimal place value into the thousandths, how to read and write decimals, and lastly, addition and subtraction of decimals.
Science - This week will begin Unit 3: Weather, Climate, and the Water Cycle.
IF you would like to donate snacks to our classroom, that would be wonderful. Some examples are: individual paskages of cheez its, granola bars, gummy snacks, etc. We have 21 students in our classroom. You will recieve service time when you send in the receipt. Thank you!
Have yoiu collected any Box Tops? If so, send them in! Our school benefits greatly and our class can even win the friendly compeition for our grade level if we collect the most each quarter!
