Parents, Students, and Visitors,
May is here and our final plans for our fourth grade year are coming together.
Students will take their End of Course exams in Science and Social Studies the week of May 5th. This will be done during our normal Success Maker Computer Lab times.
We will finish our novel study on Bud, Not Buddy early next week and then pick up a new novel called Where the Red Fern Grows.
In math we will continue to explore fractions.
This month in science we will discuss living organisms, the food chain, food webs, and how organisms affect their environments. We will culminate this unit with our owl pellet dissection.
Our awards ceremony is planned for Thursday, May 22nd from 1:35-2:35. I hope you can attend!
As always, thank you for all you do to support your child's education. Thank you for allowing me to teach your child!
