Where has the time gone. It is hard to believe that it is almost May already. I am so proud of the class. They have been working hard and have made a lot of progress this year. We are coming down the end and we are getting ready for the report card. This weeks homework is a review sheet to practice reading our sight words, silent e words, recognize numbers and counting. Please complete this sheet every night. If you are still in need of some informational PI time please remember that the Buffalo PRIDE meeting in Tuesday, May 5th and please complete the school surveys.
Please save the date: May 20th for our end of the year awards. It will be in our room at 9:45am.
Parents, please mark your calendars for these important dates:
5/6 Buffalo PRIDE Meeting
5/20 Awards at 9:45am in our classroom
We are still striving to meet our kindergarten AR goals. For kindergarten, the goal is 15 points and an 80% comprehension by May. I am so impressed with how many boys and girls have already met and exceeded their AR goals and are challenging themselves to see how many they can earn this year! Keep up the great reading!
Please remember to write in your child's agenda every night
if they are to go to Buffalo Adventures or Car line.
