Welcome to my speech-language therapy webpage!

This is my 10th year at The Villages Charter School and my 20th year as a speech-language pathologist.  I am excited to work with your PK and Intermediate Center students this school year.  Speech and language therapy is in full swing at both buildings.

Intermediate Center students who come to therapy for speech have been given a speech folder.  Please use this folder for home practice.  The folder should be left in your child's backpack so it can be brought to the therapy session on their scheduled day.

Intermediate Center students who come to therapy for language do not have a folder for home practice.  They are learning listening skills to help them be more successful in the classroom setting.  They are also learning some tools to help organize their thoughts and to expand their written and verbal expression.

PK students are learning how and when to make certain speech sounds.  Their speech folder will be sent home at the end of each 9 week grading period.  The folder is yours to keep for review with your child.

Please contact me if you have any questions about your child's IEP or therapy.

If you're looking for some online activities that reinforce speech and language skills, click on a link below.  I'm sure you'll find one to suit your child.
