Welcome to physical education at The Villages Charter School. This year I will be working at both the Primary Center and the Intermediate Center where your child will reach new heights in the world of physical education.

Primary Center:  Here at the Primary Center we are finishing up our Presidential Fitness post testing, students are testing in five areas: push ups, curl ups, sit and reach, 1/4 mile run, and the shuttle run. We are also learning about sun safety, water safety, traffic safety, and nutrition. We are also incorporating some of our favorite dances and games.

Intermediate Center: At the Intermediate Center, we are beginning our Presidential Fitness post testing, students are testing in five areas: push ups, curl ups, sit and reach, 1/4 mile run, and the shuttle run.  We will also be practicing some of our favorite games and dances on days we are not testing.
