We have just finished our Volleyball Unit and the students seem to have really enjoyed participating in the activities.
This month (Oct.) we will be starting Physical Fitness Pretesting and training. This will show the students their current physical fitness level where they can then set some goals for themselves.
Also, we will start our Soccer Unit. We teach the students skills such as: dribbling, passing and shooting as well as other aspects of the game of soccer.
