Happy New Year! I'm so excited to welcome the children back from Winter Break as we move forward into 2015! This month we will be learning about Winter, Arctic Animals, Bears & Hibernation, Martin Luther King, Jr. and the 100th Day of School. I will introduce the letters P, Q and R and the numbers 16, 17 and 18. Our character building topics will include learning the importance of being PEACEFUL, asking QUESTIONS and READING!
We have many fun-filled and exciting upcoming events. Please make note of these dates:

Please note the following:
*Your child needs a ready-to-eat meal for lunch, including a drink and utensils.
*We are not allowed to give your child any kind of medications, unless it is from your child's doctor with a prescription. This includes cough drops and ointments.
*Your child may bring something soft to lay with at rest time. Please no other toys from home except for on Show and Tell day.
* With cooler weather coming it is a good idea to have a jacket in your child's cubby at all times. Also please make sure your child always has a full change of weather-appropriate clothes at school.
