“The Villages High School Speech and Debate team is a coeducational, extracurricular, non-profit organization founded to promote the activity of forensics on the high school level. Students of all levels compete in interpretative, improvisational creative, and debate-based events and compete with other students from around the country.”

Members will have the opportunity to practice skills necessary in speech, debate, and public speaking, and participate in activities such as Lincoln-Douglas (1v1) and Public Forum (2v2) debates, observe and analyze Presidential debates, teach Lifelong Learning College Classes, and compete in speech and debate events.
